Tech Week - CLOSED REHERSALS...NO SIBLINGS, PARENTS, ETC. (volunteer back-stage moms excluded)

May 10 (Monday)
5:00 PM - TECH & CREW SHOULD ARRIVE AND SET UP QUICKLY (Check lights, sound, check props, walkie talkies, etc.)
5:20 PM - Actors Arrive at Theatre and be ready by 5:30
5:30 PM - Run Play - Full Rehearsal with Set, Props, all Tech - NO COSTUMES
7:20 PM - Notes
7:45 PM - Clean up Theatre and "make ready" for next day
8:00 PM - Promptly Leave Theatre
May 11 (Tuesday)
5:00 PM - TECH & CREW SHOULD ARRIVE AND SET UP QUICKLY
5:20 PM - Actors Arrive at Theatre in Costume (no makeup) and be ready by 5:30
(ACTORS SHOULD HAVE ALL COSTUME PIECES COMPLETED BY THIS DATE, CLEAN, BRING HANGARS, IRON costumes IF NEEDED, AND ALL PROBLEMS WORKED OUT! NO EXCUSES. SHOES, BOOTS, HATS, SCARVES, GLOVES, ETC. PLEASE.........!!!!)
5:30 PM - Costume Check and Note Adjustments
6:00 PM - Run Play - Full Rehearsal with Set, Props, all Tech, COSTUMES
7:40 PM - Notes
8:00 PM - Clean up Theatre, Back Stage, Dressing Rooms, Hang up Costumes and "make ready" for next day

May 12 (Wednesday - START EARLY so you can go to church)

(Guys with beards...this is the day you will need to have figured your beard out...it needs to be ready to go, Mrs. Renfro is working on some ideas with beards and we will be sharing with the guys in class and/or by email)

4:00 PM - Run Play - Full Rehearsal with Set, Props, all Tech, COSTUMES & MAKE-UP/BEARDS, ETC

4:30 PM - Prep for next show (get props and set back in place), Take off Costumes (leave make-up on), Eat and rest back stage (dressing rooms) or return by 5:45

5:45 PM - TECH & CREW ARRIVES TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT EVERYTHING IS READY
5:50 PM - Actors ready at Theatre in Costume and make up
6:00 PM - Make-up and Costume Check
6:30 PM - House Opens - Parents are allowed in the theatre at this time
7:00 PM - Show Time!
9:30 PM - Strike the Set - no one leaves the theatre until all is clean and tidy! (All able bodied men, boys, students, dads, moms, etc. for clean up duty...vacuuming, sweeping, backstage, on stage, dressing rooms, trash, emptying the theatre of costumes, set pieces, props, etc.)
TAKE COSTUMES HOME AND RETURN THEM CLEAN PLEASE!
YOU CAN BRING THEM TO THE WATCHING, AWARDS' AND SPOOF PARTY!
